No synthetic materials are used for our tampons. The whole tampon, including the protective layer, is made out of 100% organic cotton. The applicator is made out of biodegradable cardboard.
The tampons are made solely out of cotton. No synthetic materials are used, which are the most common reason that irritation occurs. The tampons have been clinically tested as hypoallergenic and non-irritating.
The tampon has a protective layer, like a net, that covers the whole tampon and stops the tampon from releasing fiber residues.
The tampon is 100% cotton without any compromising on the absorbency
Although the tampons are made out of 100% organic cotton, tampons should never be flushed down the toilet. As it takes too long for them to break down in the waterwaste systems, even the biodegradable ones will take months to break down. The tampons can also clog up your plumbing system since they are made to absorb water and therefore expand when flushed.
Every 4-8 hours is recommended.
Toxic shock syndrome is an extremely rare, yet life-threatening complication of certain types of bacterial infections. TSS can affect anyone (men, women and children) since the bacterias can be found in the nose, armpits and vagina.
No synthetic materials are used. The whole tampon is made from organic cotton, even the protective layer (that often is made from synthetic material) and the string is cotton. The applicator is made out of biodegradable cardboard.

If you’ve never used an applicator before it can be a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is really easy.
Place your thumb and your middle finger on the ribbed part of the applicator. The index finger is placed on the base of the applicator. With the other hand, open the vaginal opening gently. Insert the applicator 1-2 centimeters into the vagina and hold the ribbed part firmly. Push the applicator base with your index finger until it stops. The tampon is now in place and you can gently remove the applicator.

Our products have been tested by external labs as hypoallergenic ‘non irritant’.
Most tampons on the market are made from synthetically processed material that canirritate the vagina. These synthetic materials can also shed inside of your vagina and leave fiber residue behind that can cause further irritation.
Since our tampon is made from 100% organic cotton and does not contain any synthetically processed materials, it does not shed or irritate the vagina.
